Next month, I am planning to visit New York, and I am currently booking my ticket for an MLB game.

After purchasing the ticket from Fevo, the app prompted me to log in to the official MLB app, “Ballpark”.

(btw if your event attendees are from outside the United States, I wouldn’t recommend using Fevo.)

However, I encountered a problem on the sign-up page:

I was stuck with this error for about 10 minutes and trying various special characters, the error message kept showing “No special characters”.

Eventually, I figured out that it meant “you should not use special characters in your password”. So, the solution is simple: just avoid using special characters in your password and you should be good to go. Alternatively, you can create an MLB member account with a special character on the website mlb.com, then simply sign in on the app.
